Three Rivers Health & Rehab Center is a state-of-the-art facility and was originally constructed in 1969 and acquired by Riverside Health System. Nestled in the heart of West Point and conveniently located near I-81 is home to one of the Nation’s top rated nursing care facility. The progressive skilled nursing facility has 60-beds with semi-private and private rooms.

We take the well-being of our patients and residents very seriously, and we want everyone at our facility to feel as comfortable here as they would in their own homes.
